OZAKI BEEF

Ozaki has been studying the most advanced breeding techniques for years, in Japan and abroad.

The choice was immediately clear: ”Early fattening is not what will happen on my farm, we will produce meat that anyone would want to eat every day!

So Ozaki opened 30 years ago, a farm with 100 cattle; today this natural farming method is called“Ozaki Meat,” synonymous with quality.

The cattle feed is mixed every morning and evening in a laborious process, combines 15 kinds of feed such as grass, corn and barley.

Most Wagyu specimens in Japan are slaughtered at about 28 months, but Ozaki believes the flavor is better if you wait until 36 months.
